POS
POS is a workplace design and consultancy firm seeking to reinvigorate its online presence and establish thought leadership in the sector.
My Role
As the outsourced marketing manager, I was brought in to lead and execute a full social media strategy, create ongoing content, and produce thought leadership articles. I also design all visuals and manage content creation for social and blog platforms.
Key Challenges & Strategy
- Stagnant Social Channels: The brand had not been posting regularly and lacked strategic direction.
→ I developed a targeted social media strategy and content calendar to revive engagement and position the business as a thought leader.
- Lack of Industry Visibility: POS wanted to become recognised as a leading voice in their field.
→ I produce monthly blogs, each offering industry insight and workplace trends tailored to their audience. - Visual Consistency Missing:
→ Designed branded templates and high-quality graphics to create a unified look across platforms.
Key Achievements
- 20% increase in followers across all social platforms
- Average 5% engagement rate, surpassing industry benchmarks
- Consistent blog output, publishing at least one thought leadership piece per month
This project demonstrates the effectiveness of strategic content planning and consistent execution in elevating a B2B brand’s digital presence.
